Vital records services include certified copies of birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates and may be obtained from the health department for a fee.

Hours of OperationClinic

• 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
• Monday through Friday.

Home health hours 

• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
• Monday through Friday.

* Home health staff is on-call seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
