Hours of Operation:
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
- 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Thursday
- WIC clinic held on Wednesday and FridayService
Fees & Insurance:
- Small Fees are charged for some services such as :
- Water sampling, septic tank inspections, & permits.
- Some services are charged on a sliding scale determined by client income.
- Medicare/Medicaid are billed for participating clients with presentation of card at time of visit.
- No one is denied service because of inability to pay or lack of Medicaid/Medicare.
