The Dallas County Health and Human Services Sexual Health Clinic
Please call us at (214) 819-1819 to schedule an appointment that same day you would like to come, before you come to the clinic for any service (treatment, testing, or to pick up test results). When you call us, please understand that we will need to ask you some questions before we can set up an appointment for you. If you come to the clinic and do not have an appointment (you did not call us first), you will be asked to step outside the clinic, and call us on the phone at (214) 819-1819. If you do not have a phone, please tell us so that we understand and can work to help you. The person needing services needs to call us themselves and talk with us directly so that we can make sure we make the right kind of appointment.
Please wear a mask when you in the clinic, over your nose and mouth.
Please do not bring children or partners with you to the clinic. Each individual who comes into the clinic needs to call us first to set up their own appointment. Partners cannot make appointments for each other.

Services we provide:
Testing for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Trichomonas. We ask you to call us back for routine test results in 4-5 business days.
Treatment for Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Trichomonas.
Linkage to care for people who are living with HIV.
PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV): a pill you take every day to protect you from getting HIV from sex.
Linkage to PEP (Post- Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV):medication you can start within 72 hours after you have been exposed to HIV, to reduce your chance of getting HIV.

** We typically offer walk-in services, but due to the current public health situation associated with COVID-19, we ask you to please call us first so that we can ask you some screening questions and schedule an appointment for you. If you are on your way to the clinic and were not able to plan ahead, please call us while you are still in your car or on your way to the clinic. If you arrive at the clinic and have not called first, we will ask you to please go outside or to your car and call us to complete the screening for COVID-19 exposure and symptoms before you enter the clinic. **

We serve children 18 years and younger.
Cost: $10 first visit, $5 subsequent visits
No "Texas Vaccine for Children eligible" child will be denied services.
