The Lee County Health Department's Clinic Services are located at various sites throughout Lee County.
They accept Medicaid, Private Insurance and their services are based on a sliding fee scale for self paying patients.
Please bring a photo ID, any insurance cards, proof of address, for example a current utility or telephone bill in your name, and income verification.
Immunizations are FREE for children under age 18 and the only cost for adults is the cost of the vaccine.
In addition,their Family Planning services offer a variety of current methods of birth control (please link to method links on Women's Health Page) such as natural family planning, male and female condoms, diaphragms, vaginal rings (as available),spermicides such as film and foam, oral contraceptives, intra-uterine devices (IUD) and Depo shots.
Confidential pregnancy testing is also available.
They do not provide abortion services or counseling.
