- 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Monday
- 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Tuesday-Friday
Most service fees are based on a sliding scale.
A flat fee is charged for some services.
Please call for fee schedules.
No one is denied service due to an inability to pay.
* Flu shots are given daily between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Closed during lunch hours of 12-1:00 p.m. (Walk-in's are welcome, but appointments are preferred)
