Women's Health
The Women's Health program includes the following services: Family Planning, Perinatal Case Management, Pregnancy Related Services and Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening.

STD - Sexually Transmitted Disease Program

Women's health and family planning services are no charge for teens and very low-cost (based on income) for adult women and men. Condoms are always free at all health departments


Child Health
Children's Medical Services is a statewide program that supports children, youth and young adults (birth – 21) with special health care needs and their families. Children's Medical Services provides assistance to eligible families and young adults with accessing timely and affordable health care services as well as needed resources within their communities.



Eligibility for the Children's Medical Services program is based on the following:
    Eligible medical condition
    Annual Family Income
    Live in Georgia



Examples of eligible medical conditions include, but are not limited to:
    Asthma, cystic fibrosis, and other lung disorders
    Some hearing disorders
    Neurological and neurosurgery disorders including seizures, benign tumors, hydrocephalus, and others
    Orthopedic and/or neuromuscular disorders including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, scoliosis, clubfeet, congenital or traumatic amputations of limbs, and others
    Visual disorders including cataracts, glaucoma, strabismus, and others
    Diabetes and other endocrine and genetic disorders
    Craniofacial anomalies (including cleft lip/palate)
    Congenital cardiac conditions

  • I'm trying to reach someone to ask a question about a test my doctor wants me to have. I can't get through. It's like the phone is off the hook. I keep getting a busy signal. There needs to be more than one line.

I'm trying to speak with someone about a test my doctor wants me to have. I'm trying to find out what do I need to do in order to get this done. I keep trying to call the office and all I receive is a busy signal. There needs to be more than one line available.
