• To promote and protect the health of the public through assessments, education, disease and injury prevention, regulations, screening, and referrals to ensure that all may achieve their fullest health potential.

Wright County Health Department provides the following Services:

• Childhood Immunizations
  
• Blood Pressure,
• Blood Sugar Screenings and Draw Laboratory Tests with Doctors Orders
• Family Planning (by appointment only)
• WIC ( Women and Infant Children)
• Nutritional Supplement Program. ( by appointment only) ( Income Guidelines apply)
• Child Health Screenings
• Health Education and PromotionCommunicable Disease Investigations
• BCCCP (Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Project) (by appointment only)
• (Restrictions: 40 or older without Insurance or Medicaid/Medicare)
• Environmental Health Services ( Septic Permits, Water Testing, Food Sanitation, Child Care Sanitation)
• Child Care
• Nurse Consultation

Hours:

• Monday thru Friday / 8:00 A.M.- 12:15 P.M. and 1:00 P.M.-4:30 P.M.
